everyone in my family seen me as a cootie
sence a baby.(not the same as cutie baby).
even my mom said i was a ugly baby that none

Fri, November 5, 2004 - 6:26 PMMy cooties were diagnosed at an early age too. First grade I think. I was on a swing set that had three swings. I was on one and the other two were empty. Two boys and a girl from my class came over, and the boys walked right up to me and dumped me out of the stupid rubber seat onto the ground. They said they wanted to push the Pretty girl in the swing.
Concept was too big and weird then to grasp, but memory of it is vivid. Since then, I have been in and out of the *swing* of things several times. All in all I think I have had more good years than bad. Whole lotta luvin has gone on. Booya! But I think the cooties have been with me since the beginning, dormant sometimes, raging others and are in a partiicularily bad flare up right now. -

Mon, November 22, 2004 - 7:00 AMI got cooties in fourth grade. A girl from another grade came up to me at the water fountain and asked who I thought was the most popular girl in our grade. I realized that I was not one of the choices. Later on, it turned into cooties.
Fifth grade looking around at the popular people let me know I had a full blown case. It flared up in the latter part of sixth grade and seventh grade - 8th through 10th grade it became REALLY severe. Then, it disappeared for quite a few years. I'm just getting over a relapse now. -

set there. i ended up in the back of the room. have had it many
times over the years. having a case of them now. -

Mon, November 22, 2004 - 5:05 PMoh god. I'm sorry. In first grade the boy I liked and my best friend went into the art closet alone. I felt they were um having a moment. I felt cootie-ish. That may have been the beginning.
My friend had glasses too. I'm having cooties now cause my live in boyfriend has a headache. I have cooties. -

I got indignant and claimed I didn't have them because I didn't believe in them. Little did I know it's a one way street and I was goin' the wrong way. You got em if you're diagnosed by the majority. -

Thu, January 17, 2008 - 10:01 AMIf I've got Cooties, then I've definitely got the Girl variety [couleutitus femina], which was first discovered in the Congo and then spread to France via Haiti.
Once in France, it spread to all attendees at a fashion show via the air duct.
Symptoms of Girl Cooties: Throwing like a girl, running like a girl, and playing with Barbies. Even if you collect masculine action figures, you should see your doctor.
There is no known cure for Girl Cooties, though some relief is achieved through invisible spray, which can also be used as a prophylaxis when having to stand next to girls in lunch line.
